Adult ADHD Evaluation (approx. 8-12 hours)

Attention Deficit Disorder impacts approximately 4.4% of adults in the U.S. However, ADHD often goes undiagnosed in adults due to the difference in presentation in adults with ADHD. Using a multitude of different assessments, this comprehensive evaluation will assess for the presence of ADHD in adults and determine which type (Inattentive, Hyperactive/Impulsive, or Combined) defines the presentation. With an accurate diagnosis of adult ADHD, many treatment options and coping strategies become available.

Diagnostic Differential Evaluation (approx. 6-8 hours)

Often, clients with a more nebulous presentation may be diagnosed with many different disorders, making it harder to determine the best course of treatment. This evaluation consists of multiple assessments designed to determine with more certainty which diagnosis or diagnosis best describes the client’s symptomology. By determining the accurate diagnosis or diagnoses, this evaluation will provide valuable information to all treatment providers and provide clients with a clear understanding of their mental health needs.

Bariatric Evaluation (approx. 6-8 hours)

When a client is seeking Bariatric surgery, physicians require an in depth evaluation to determine whether the client is emotionally prepared for this type of surgery. This evaluation utilizes 4 different assessments to determine a client’s readiness to undergo bariatric surgery.

Social-Emotional Testing (approx. 6-8 hours)

Social-Emotional Testing includes standardized checklists and projective measures, which our licensed psychologists have been trained to interpret. Projective measures allow understanding of more subconscious aspects of emotions, personality, behavior, thinking, problem-solving, and socializing. Social measures may also assess social language, perspective taking, understanding of nonverbal communication, and social problem-solving skills.

Fitness For Duty Evaluation (FFDE) (approx. 6-8 hours)

A fitness-for-duty evaluation (FFDE) is just what the term suggests, evaluating individuals’ fitness to do their job. FFDEs include psychological testing, clinical interviews, and collateral information to enable the evaluator to determine if the incumbent employee can safely and effectively perform the essential job duties of the position or specialty assignment. Psychological testing frequently includes an objective psychological measure designed to assess psychopathology.

Disability Evaluations (approx. 6-8 hours)

Disability Evaluations are recommended for those seeking disability services and support and those requiring long-term planning (e.g., disability services, housing, vocational support). These evaluations are used to evaluate one’s current mental state and measure memory, language skills, awareness, and mood (such as depression or agitation).
